Processing and Shipping - Most of our jewelry is made to order. Please allow 3-7 business days to complete the making of your piece. Once it is ready, we will produce a shipping label with either FedEx or DHL (FedEx mostly). You will have the tracking number immidiately. Once fedEx or DHL will pick-up your package, they will deliver it within 2-5 business days to most parts of the world.
All shipments are the quickest FedEx or DHL has to offer.
All shipments are fully insured and sign-required.
We do not ship to P.O boxes.
USA customers may need to fill the 5106 form stating to their local customs that they were the ones to make the order. It takes only 2 minutes toi fill. You can download the from from here and find instructions here.
Additional Fees and Charges - Diana Rafael is not responsible in any way for Customs charges / import Fees. Please note that Diana Rafael is unable to guarantee delivery for international orders due to customs procedures and other formalities beyond our control.
US customers enjoy 0% customs and Federal Import charges. State taxes may apply. Please refer to your local courier's office.
Return Policy - Returns are free and acceptable within 30 days of delivery. To return your item just email us at email@example.com within 30 days and mention you want to return your item. A shipping label will be provided, and a full refund will be issued minus return shipping costs once the item will arrive safely and inspected by our staff.
The package should be returned including all items that were received. Any use of any item in the package is forbidden for the return to take place. If an item (the jewel itself or any other item) was used in any way, the return request will be reviewed. Diana Rafael reserve the right to refuse the return request or, if acceptable, charge the client for any use of any product.
Custom Orders - Custom-made jewelry is not eligible to free returns but is eligible for exchanges within 30 days from delivery.
Terms and conditions – Diana is obligated to deliver every item as described and specified on the website. All diamonds are natural earth mined diamonds (unless mentioned otherwise) purchased on various diamond exchanges around the world from authorized diamond dealers and jewelers.
Item set with man-made / lab-grown diamonds will be marked accordingly.
Pricing – Pricing errors may happen due to technical or human error reasons. In any case, Diana Rafael holds the right to cancel an order of such an item. Notification regarding the cancelation will be sent to the buyer. In case the order was already shipped the buyer must either return the item or pay the price differences.
Visibility – The appearance (size, colors, details, resolution) of photos on the website may change with all types of screens. Therefore, some of the jewelry may appear smaller or bigger than its actual size. There is no way to make sure that the picture will represent the size and/or color and/or clarity of all stones and/or jewelry. All Carat weights are accurate within the range of 0.03 carat.
Conflict-Free Diamonds – All of Diana Rafael's diamonds suppliers are WFDB membered companies and abide by the standards and regulations of the Kimberly Process. The international standard tries to ensure that the traded diamond's origin will be conflict-free.
Property – all images, designs, logos, names, policies, sounds, videos, data, graphics, other files (collectively, "Site Materials") are the exclusive property of Diana Rafael Jewelry. So measuring ring sizes. For women, it is pretty straight forward. You go in a jewelry store and ask for sizing. Worst case scenario, you can choose one of methods described below. Usually, men are having problems with measuring the finger, and they get it right approx - 1%! That's right! So this article is written for all men our there.
1. Draw - get a ring of hers, a pencil and a ruler. This one is easy going, and the best posible way to get it right.
Draw the inner perimeter of the ring, SLOWLY! | Put the ruler on the drawing, so it placed on the accurate diameter of the circle | Send that image to your jeweler. Do not just tell your jeweler the result, SHOW THEM, as the result is extremly error sensitive.
2. Ask Her Bestie - As you know, she is probably expecting for you to pop the big question, so she has an informant waiting to be turned by you and spill that information.

4. Trick Her - Actually, this technique was used by a client of me. He took her to a jewelry store and bought her a cheap ring. After they left, he went to the "restroom", on the way stopped by the store and asked for the ring size. Smart right?
5. Steal a Ring - and get it to your jeweler or your nearest jewelry store. Ask them to measure it for you.
