USA customers may need to fill the 5106 form stating to their local Customs that they were the ones to make the order. It takes only 2 minutes toi fill. 

Other countries: Customs charges may apply, according to your local law. 

Free Return & Exchanges 

Returns & Exchanges are free and acceptable within 30 days of delivery. A shipping label will be provided, and a full refund will be issued minus return shipping costs once the item will arrive safely and inspected by our staff.
