Processing and Shipping
Most of our jewelry is made to order. Please allow 10-14 business days to complete the making of your piece. Once it is ready, we will produce a shipping label with either FedEx or DHL (FedEx mostly). You will have the tracking number immidiately. Once FedEx or DHL picks up your package, they will deliver it within 5-10 business days to most parts of the world.
All shipments are the quickest FedEx or DHL has to offer.
All shipments are fully insured and sign-required.
We do not ship to P.O boxes.
USA customers may need to fill the 5106 form stating to their local customs that they were the ones to make the order. It takes only 2 minutes toi fill.

Additional Fees and Charges
Diana Rafael is not responsible in any way for Customs charges / import Fees. Please note that Diana Rafael is unable to guarantee delivery for international orders due to customs procedures and other formalities beyond our control.
US customers enjoy 0% customs and Federal Import charges. State taxes may apply. Please refer to your local courier's office.
Return Policy -
We offer a 30-day return policy, so our customers can purchase with confidence, knowing they will have sufficient time to return if they are not completely satisfied. If any problem arises, please contact us at customercare@dianarafael.com and let us know, and we will find a solution. You should let us know of your intention to return your item within 14 days and ship it back within 30 days of recieving your item.
If your return / exchange is approved, Diana Rafael will issue a return shipping label and email it to you. Please do not issue a shipping label independantly. Once you recieve your returb shipping label you should pack the item safely in its original jewelry box, wrap it up with bubblewrap & tape, and place it in its original box and tape again. Please attach the shipping label to the larger box.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return the item for a refund minus shipping, handling, and restocking fees which are $300 of the total price of your order.
If you choose to exchange an item due to a manufacturing defect or damage, there will be no additional costs for shipping and handling of the item.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but 18k rings, rings in sizes 10 and over or size 4 and below, personalized or custom orders of all kinds aren't eligible for returns for a refund.
There are no returns or cancellations on items purchased on a 10% + discount.
Custom or personalized items can't be returned or exchanged.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for custom or personalized items.
Items bought ready to ship, with customization (gold color replacement, carat weight change, main diamond exchange, or any alteration of the ring) will not be refundable- EXCHANGE ONLY
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Custom Orders
Custom-made jewelry is not eligible to free returns but is eligible for exchanges within 30 days from delivery.
Terms and conditions
Diana is obligated to deliver every item as described and specified on the website. All diamonds are natural earth mined diamonds (unless mentioned otherwise) purchased on various diamond exchanges around the world from authorized diamond dealers and jewelers.
Item set with man-made / lab-grown diamonds will be marked accordingly.
Pricing
Pricing errors may happen due to technical or human error reasons. In any case, Diana Rafael holds the right to cancel an order of such an item. Notification regarding the cancelation will be sent to the buyer. In case the order was already shipped the buyer must either return the item or pay the price differences.
Visibility
The appearance (size, colors, details, resolution) of photos on the website may change with all types of screens. Therefore, some of the jewelry may appear smaller or bigger than its actual size. There is no way to make sure that the picture will represent the size and/or color and/or clarity of all stones and/or jewelry. All Carat weights are accurate within the range of 0.03 carat.
Conflict-Free Diamonds
All of Diana Rafael's diamonds suppliers are WFDB membered companies and abide by the standards and regulations of the Kimberly Process. The international standard tries to ensure that the traded diamond's origin will be conflict-free.
Property
all images, designs, logos, names, policies, sounds, videos, data, graphics, other files (collectively, "Site Materials") are the exclusive property of Diana Rafael Jewelry. No use of any kind is allowed to anyone and/or any entity worldwide without the explicit and written permission of Diana Rafael Jewelry.
Privacy Policy
Diana Rafael will never share/send/sell/giveaway/trade your personal information and/or purchase history with any person and/or business. We are committed to protecting your privacy online. The information we gather will be only use for Diana Rafael's commercial purposes, conditioned with your consent. We reserve the right to change the Privacy Policy at any time. Such changes will be notified to all clients by email. Your continued use of the site after such modifications will constitute your: (a) acknowledgment of the modified Policy; and (b) agreement to abide and be bound by the modified Policy
