Ring is 10/10! Absolutely beautiful! Communication/customer service was pretty good. Shipping was a bit late (was supposed to ship 3/14, label wasn't printed until 3/19, FedEx didn't receive until 3/21). Total ship time to midwest US from date FedEx received package was 2 weeks. Overall, would absolutely order from this shop again! Thank you for my dream ring!!
